Why I Started CrossFit (Vlog#27)



Really excited to share more about my fitness journey, specifically how and why I started CrossFit 🤗Here is the chipper I did 👇It was a good one!

For Time:
40 cal assault bike
50 wall balls @ 20# to 9′
60 GHD sit ups
100 double unders
60 kettlebell swings @ 53#
50 burpees – no jump at the top
40 cal assault bike
