Quarantined Home?? 20 minute exercise routine for seniors and beginners



I can’t teach and I can’t go to the gym due to the Coronavirus…I’m sure you’re in the same boat. So I’m going to make some new videos for y’all to do in a small space at home. This is about 20-25 minutes of light aerobics. Enjoy! Stay safe! Please consult a doctor before starting any new exercise program.
