How to Overcome The “Pandemic Blues”

 

Have you been feeling restless? Hopeless or Confused since the rise of the pandemic? Are you having a hard time keeping your “spirits up”? Those could be symptoms of what we have deemed, the “Pandemic Blues”.

The pandemic blues begin to affect you when you have dealt with tremendous stress, in a short amount of time, due to the onset and effects of the pandemic. This “halt” in life as we knew it, has had major effects and consequences on many. Some positive effects, while others have had effects that have proved to be quite detrimental. Many who regularly engage in mental training, listen to inspirational teachings, engage in prayer and meditation, etc have been dealing with the “pandemic blues” phenomenally overall, because they realize that everything begins and ends in the mind, no matter what is taking place around you!

Below are our favorite tips that can help you get out of the foggy thoughts of your head, get back into your “mind”, which is connected to your heart. When the mind takes union with the intelligence of the heart, beautiful things can happen in your life! That’s a gem that can take it to the next level if you fully grasp it!

1.) LISTEN TO UPLIFTING MUSIC 

Music is a language of feeling that contains invisible colors that you can hear through various tones, octaves, sounds and instruments. It can stimulate different points in your brain that can change the way you feel instantly. Listening to old music can induce old beautiful nostalgic memories. Music has the ability to heal or kill. Listen to good music, with live instruments, with uplifting vibes. Reggae music is full of positive vibes as well. Remember: Music can keep you uplifted!

 

 

2.) GET YOUR BODY ACTIVE! DANCE, EXERCISE, ETC

Dancing and exercising the body has numerous positive effects on you as a whole. Incorporate exercises that incorporate breathing exercises, for better oxygen flow to your brain. This will help you to feel more energized and upbeat!

 

 

3.) FOCUS ON WEALTH BUILDING

Focusing on your goals will help those goals become a reality much faster! When you are feeling down in the dumps, think about your dreams! Take action on your goals, and dig your way out of your “funk”. They say money doesn’t make you happy, but it definitely can be used as a tool to buy things, experiences, opportunities, that can increase our overall joy. Wealth provides freedom, and freedom gives you the ability to call your own shots. Including a random day of travel, or online splurge, if you’re feeling the blues. Get money!

 

4.) EAT A HEALTHY MEAL WITHOUT ELECTRONIC DISTRACTIONS

Unplugging from the internet, phones, etc, and indulging in a healthy nutritious meal can lift your spirits when you’re feeling low. What you eat matters, it affects your overall mood. When you are eating heavy, carb and chemical-laden foods it affects your brain health makes you sluggish, and out of whack.

Electronics are constantly emitting and receiving invisible frequencies and transmissions which also affect our mood. The light from our cell phones can affect our sleeping patterns. So it’s important to detach, eat healthily, and stay focused.

You have the power to overcome any challenge you may be facing due to the pandemic. Always stay positive, no matter how bleak things may appear. Thoughts become things, and you want good realities to happen for you!
